SleepWellBaby (we, us, our) understand the importance of your privacy and are committed to ensuring the security of your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you can do so here. We're here to guide you through each step of the process. To delete your account is a big deal - you won't be able to recover your account if you change your mind.
How to Delete Your Account
You have two options for deleting your account:
1. Instant Account Deletion
If you have the SleepWellBaby app installed, you can initiate the deletion process directly within the app. Simply click here to open the deletion request feature in the app, which will guide you through the steps to delete your account.
2. External Account Deletion Request
If you prefer not to use the app or if you have uninstalled the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at hello@sleepwellbaby.io from the email address associated with your SleepWellBaby account. This email-based verification ensures the security of your account during the deletion process. Please allow up to 7 days for the completion of this process.
